  1. Exchange Request: If you wish to exchange a product, please notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We'll be happy to help you process your exchange request.
  2. Original Invoice Slip: The original invoice slip must be enclosed with all exchanges. We may not be able to receive return product(s) except the original invoice slip.
  3. Product Condition: All items must be returned in fresh condition (including all invoice/receipt and also packaging) with barcode tags attached. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and also without any defects. Products could be tried on to get if they fit and also will still be considered unworn. The stuff must be undamaged with tags.
  4. Exchange Limitations: Our exchange policy does not apply to discount sales items. Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. No return or exchange is valid for purchases made during the campaign period.
  5. Exchange Reasons: We accept exchanges for incorrect products, size or color flaws, products lost in shipment, products with major quality defects, and products damaged during shipment.
